TEFL Job Description
There are a variety of TEFL positions available throughout Thailand, especially in southern Thailand which is home to incredibly beautiful places and tourist attractions such as Koh Tao, Koh Samui, Koh Pa Ngan, Krabi and Phuket.
My Heart Global Education (Thailand) is incorporated within Srinakharinwirot University and is currently welcoming applications from creative, dynamic, native speaking TEFL teachers for full-time teaching positions commencing in May.
Job Details
Length of contract: 5 to 10 months (1 or 2 semesters)Salary: 30,000 THB
Subject: Communicative English (focus on Speaking and Listening for 13-18 year olds)
Working hours: Monday to Friday (7.50 am to 4 pm)
Teaching hours: between 22-24 contact hours per week
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be citizen of the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa
- Aged between 22-45 with Bachelor's degree or higher (original degree and transcript required)
- Understanding of basic Thai culture, manners and society
- TEFL or TESOL Certificate is preferred, but not essential
